- You'll work alongside experienced field leaders, coordinate with project teams, and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work.
- Mentor and assist plumbing apprentices in developing their skills.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation
- $37.75 - $47.00 per hour
- Competitive Wage Progression
- Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and applicable wage rates for our Grand Rapids operations.
