Establish and monitor critical KPIs-including cost, yield, throughput, and capacity-to ensure the program meets performance targets through launch and into production.

Support NPI program development by ensuring products move efficiently through the factory, actively managing and prioritizing issue resolution throughout production.
Define and manage all post-processing development activities for the assigned product line.
Partner closely with manufacturing and process engineering teams to ensure developing processes meet customer program requirements and align with business objectives.
Own the post-processing ramp plan, driving cross-functional execution to ensure all actions are completed in accordance with program schedules.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in collaboration with the NPI team, fostering a productive and transparent partnership.
Manage the program budget, driving initiatives to improve COGS and updating capital plans based on evolving business needs.
Collaborate with Quality to ensure all processes and project activities adhere to regulatory, customer, and internal compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage technical risk, prioritize issues, and resolve cross-functional blockers in fast-paced settings.
Experience developing and tracking KPIs (cost, yield, throughput, quality, capacity) to support program success.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in operations, program management, NPI, or manufacturing within a complex production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in process development, post-processing, or high-precision production environments.

Experience in metal additive manufacturing, precision machining, and/or metal parts finishing processes.
