About the role
- This is a full-time role based in New York, focused on managing the day-to-day legal aspects of new investments by Sixth Street.
- This person will be a part of the Legal team, working closely with Investing and Core team members.
- Issue spotting, negotiating and managing legal aspects of new investments by Sixth Street's Asset Based Finance funds and investment management accounts.

Requirements
- The candidate should hold a law degree from a highly regarded American law school and be a member of the bar, although it is not necessary for the attorney to be a member of any specific state bar
- Significant experience with capital markets transactions and related public filings / disclosures
- Experience with private investment funds

Compensation
- The base salary for this position is expected to be $250,000.
- The base salary offered to the selected candidate will be commensurate with a candidate's relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by Sixth Street in its sole discretion.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package.
- If a job offer is extended for a location other than New York, the salary range may differ based on the location.
