Responsibilities
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including scope analysis, proposed resolution, and communication.
- Identify and implement process changes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience.
- Program & Vendor Administrative Support Vendor administration support including invoice administration, resolving service and operational issues, etc.
- Join the leader in entertainment innovation and help us design the future.
- We continue to revolutionize how people create, deliver, and enjoy entertainment worldwide.
- The People and Places team designs spectacular experiences for people around the globe, curating the conditions for our talent to do their best work and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Perform recurring or ad-hoc administrative tasks required for the effective program operation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.

- Analytics & Reporting Analyze benefits data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs.
- Manage and update benefit and wellbeing program metrics and dashboards.
