Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including scope analysis, proposed resolution, and communication.

Perform recurring or ad-hoc administrative tasks required for the effective program operation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate the distribution of annual and ad-hoc required disclosures and communications.

Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits the Sr.
Benefits Analyst will support the day-to-day management of Dolby's core benefit and wellbeing programs.
Benefits Analyst will also support benefit programs and initiatives across the globe as needed.
Analytics & Reporting Analyze benefits data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and provide insights for decision-making.
Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs.
Manage and update benefit and wellbeing program metrics and dashboards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
