Responsibilities

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including scope analysis, proposed resolution, and communication.
  • Identify and implement process changes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience.
  • Program & Vendor Administrative Support Vendor administration support including invoice administration, resolving service and operational issues, etc.
  • Join the leader in entertainment innovation and help us design the future.

  • The People and Places team designs spectacular experiences for people around the globe, curating the conditions for our talent to do their best work and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Perform recurring or ad-hoc administrative tasks required for the effective program operation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.

  • Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs.
  • Manage and update benefit and wellbeing program metrics and dashboards.
