About the role
- This is a 12-16 month co-op student opportunity starting in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Support the compilation and review of financial data for monthly cost reports and project forecasting.
- Help maintain accurate digital financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to help reconcile subcontractor and vendor accounts.
- PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners.
Requirements
- The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required.
- This role provides hands-on experience with cost tracking, accounts payable, reporting, and financial administration in a large-scale joint venture environment.
Skills
- Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for learning new financial software or ERP systems.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
