About the role
- We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our Sales-Engineering and Deployment team to guide customers from early technical discovery through successful implementation.
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, you will leverage your expertise to help customers understand DeepJudge's capabilities and ensure they realize value quickly.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales motion and subsequent roll-outs, clarifying tool capabilities, deployment models, data flows, and security considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and communicate solution architectures to prospects, explaining how the platform fits into their infrastructure, systems, and security models.
- Create high-quality technical collateral, architecture diagrams, integration and deployment guides, and roll-out plans.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM to align on customer feedback and refine solution patterns and positioning.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, integration needs, and success criteria.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex, highly technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive way to audiences ranging from law firm partners and C-level executives to IT leaders and engineers.
- Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical projects and building strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers.

Requirements
- Have 7-10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role within enterprise search, AI/ML platforms, legal tech, or other complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise software architectures, databases, modern deployment environments, and enterprise integration patterns.

Compensation
- The expected compensation range is USD 125,000 and USD 165,000.
- Eligible employees may also receive incentives and benefits as part of the total compensation package.
