Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements.
- Solution Design: Assisting in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management Support: Helping to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and assisting in project planning and management.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Philanthropic Partnerships - Opportunities to engage in partnerships and pro-bono projects that support our communities.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
- Has a minimum of 5 years working as a business analyst or similar type position
- Knowledge of Rollins applications desired but not required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey requirements and solutions to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of relevant technologies, software development processes, and tools.
- Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions to business challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation.
- Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements.

- The base pay range for this role is: $90,000-$110,000
