Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendors, mail, and ensuring our workspace is organized and functional
  • Provide hands-on executive assistant support to Prior Labs' founders https://www.linkedin.com/in/sauraj-g/
  • Manage calendar, book travels, handle administrative tasks
  • Build the operational infrastructure for a growing team

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in office management, executive assistant roles, or operations
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
  • Project management experience (especially office moves or setups)
  • This role is based in New York City
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to tackle any task
  • Genuine interest in startups, technology, and operations
