About the role
- The Production Operator is responsible for leading machine set-ups and changeovers, problem-solving, making decisions on machine adjustments, and inspecting and packaging finished products to customer specifications.
- In addition, the production operator will be responsible for operating various coating, finishing, and/or powered industrial vehicles to move inbound and outbound products.

Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital, and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- Understand and implement quality standards and procedures
- Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
- Maintain the work area with necessary supplies to complete processes
- Support inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts and correcting discrepancies to achieve business goals.
- Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals. Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility.
- Contribute and participate in team decision-making processes including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Provide support in project work and other special requests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience
- Must be able to follow written and oral instruction
- Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
- Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
