About the role

The Production Operator is responsible for leading machine set-ups and changeovers, problem-solving, making decisions on machine adjustments, and inspecting and packaging finished products to customer specifications.
In addition, the production operator will be responsible for operating various coating, finishing, and/or powered industrial vehicles to move inbound and outbound products.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital, and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
Understand and implement quality standards and procedures
Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
Maintain the work area with necessary supplies to complete processes
Support inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts and correcting discrepancies to achieve business goals.
Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals. Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility.
Contribute and participate in team decision-making processes including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Provide support in project work and other special requests.

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience
Must be able to follow written and oral instruction
Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
