Responsibilities

  • You'll lead project planning, coordinate internal resources, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Embrace and deliver our BOLT Core Values to each other and our clients Be empathetic and inclusive Overdeliver Love what you do Take ownership and follow through Lead internal project planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
  • Collect and structure available data impacting the project and work with the project team to ensure alignment and deliver the scoped project.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task boards.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and scope to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
  • Update backlog and resource planning weekly to maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Own, maintain, and share project documentation for transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Some travel may occasionally be required to meet with clients and project teams.

Nice to have

  • BA in Marketing or relevant industry experience.
  • Certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
  • Know someone at SPARK?

Compensation

  • $70k-$75k
