- Teachers at Hot 8 Yoga work 1.25 hour shifts, clocking in 10 minutes before class and staying for 5 minutes after class.
- Raises are given on a tiered-structure based on attendance/average class size.

Compensation
- Hot 8 Yoga teachers are paid hourly.
- Starting compensation depends on experience and ranges from $23.50-80.00/hr.
- Raises are given on a tiered-structure based on attendance/average class size.
- Bonuses are provided for signing students up for Teacher Training.
