About the role

Our personal care and household product portfolio includes baby diapers, wipes, feminine pads, paper towels, bath tissue, adult incontinence products, laundry detergents, fabric finishers, and dishwash solutions.
In addition, we manufacture certain raw materials and components used in the manufacturing of these products, including flexible print and packaging solutions.
As such, First Quality provides at least annual training regarding data privacy and security to employees who, as a result of their role specifications, may come in to contact with sensitive data.

Utilizes project management skills to prepare and communicate project status, budget updates, schedules, and coordinates multiple internal and external disciplines to meet required schedules.
Writes procedures and manuals and trains operation personnel.
Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent technical field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a process manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5 years experience successfully leading and implementing large capital projects.
High speed, high volume production machinery experience is preferred.
