About the role
- The Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple commercial construction projects in the Jupiter, FL region.
- This role oversees all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
- The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring successful execution in alignment with CPPI's standards and core values.
Responsibilities
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.
- Responsible for contractual documents - contracts/schedules/pay applications.
- Guide the timely approval of submittals and assist the management team in identifying long lead items.
- Manage the close-out process and ensure completion in a timely and organized manner.
- Supports the effectiveness of the project staff and superintendent by facilitating continuous coordination.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and project controls.
- Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
