About the role
- Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care.
- Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting experience.
- 6 + years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
- Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Huron requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- US Work Authorization required
- Knowledge of Patient/Member marketing and engagement
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.
- Experience defining business solutions leveraging Salesforce.com
- Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation CRM projects
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 50% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
- Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
- Experience and ability to lead teams of architects, business analysts, project manager, developers (on-shore and offshore), QA, deployment in a hybrid-agile methodology.
- Experience and ability to effectively communicate and lead client teams in both business and technical environments.
Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $190,000 USD.
