About the role

  • Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care.
  • Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of consulting experience.
  • 6 + years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
  • Huron requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Knowledge of Patient/Member marketing and engagement
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.
  • Experience defining business solutions leveraging Salesforce.com
  • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation CRM projects
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
  • Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 50% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
  • Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
  • Experience and ability to lead teams of architects, business analysts, project manager, developers (on-shore and offshore), QA, deployment in a hybrid-agile methodology.
  • Experience and ability to effectively communicate and lead client teams in both business and technical environments.

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $190,000 USD.
