Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-priority strategic projects across the organization to ensure scalable GTM and customer success operations.
- Partner with the CEO to drive company strategy, set OKRs, and manage internal feedback loops to influence the product roadmap.
- Build and refine internal systems and processes to maintain operational excellence during a period of rapid national expansion.
- Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate:
Nice to have
- Has 6+ years of experience in Tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth startup.
- Demonstrates an exceptional ability to communicate and influence stakeholders ranging from technical teams and investors to government officials.
- Possesses a fierce bias to action and a deep personal mission to improve the efficiency and modernization of government systems.
