Member/Team Member Support: o Provide exceptional service to all members, volunteers, internal team members, and service providers. o Provide high-level support and technical assistance to the MSC, FAD, Branches, and other departments, to ensure complete and accurate DMV paperwork is provided. o Ensure confidentiality and safeguard sensitive Member information. o Research and resolve Member and team member concerns as directed. o Represent RCU in a courteous and professional manner at all times. o Supply Members with accurate information regarding loan products and services. o Compose and type letters, memos, e-mails and reports for staff as needed.

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.

Thorough knowledge of personal computers with word processing and spreadsheet software and internet and intranet access.
Ability to operate an internet-based DMV title system and pass a LifeScan clearance.
Extensive knowledge of California DMV regulations pertaining to titling and release regulations.
Knowledge of electronic DMV titling required.
Thorough knowledge of modern office administration techniques and methods.
Ability to coordinate a variety of activities simultaneously and prioritize work.

Base starting range: $27.00 to $35.00 hourly commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
