About the role

  • In this 6-month, part-time, contract position, you'll be the cornerstone of our project delivery, ensuring every initiative launches on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations.
  • You'll work with motivated teams, engaged clients, and have the opportunity for contract extension, based on business needs and assigned project success.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management across multiple client accounts, including planning, QA, scope management, scheduling, and cost determination
  • Develop, maintain, and refine realistic project schedules for diverse marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
  • Manage project changes, remediation, and scope adjustments while protecting timelines and budgets
  • Deliver strategic guidance on short and long-term marketing initiatives and technical solutions
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain organized project backlogs and ensure teams have clear direction and access to work efficiently
  • Mentor and support project teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive project status updates and performance reports to clients
  • Create time and value estimates for scope additions and additional client work
  • Manage monthly invoicing and project financials

Requirements

  • College diploma/university degree in related field, OR equivalent professional experience

Skills

  • Google Suite proficiency
  • Advanced project management tools experience (Asana, Click-up, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel within North America when needed
