Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting with partners, associates, paralegals, and law clerks
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and multiple case assignments in a fast-paced environment
- This role is ideal for an attorney who has experience handling housing-related disputes, habitability claims, premises liability matters, or general civil litigation matters and is looking to further develop their litigation practice.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of landlord-tenant, habitability, or related litigation experience
- Active California bar admission required in good standing.
- Significant hands-on experience in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings
Compensation
- $120,000 - $170,000 USD
