About the role

Approximately 25-50% of the time will be in the field and the rest of the time will be in the Visalia, CA office.
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 annually.

Lead, coach, and support our service organization, promoting a strong safety, quality, and customer-focused culture.
Participate in equipment and facility surveys to drive performance, reliability, and uptime.
Partner with HR as needed to support employee development, resolve issues, and maintain high morale.

5+ years of team management experience, ideally in technical or field service.
95% Central Valley CA travel is required and about 5% travel if needed to North Carolina, TX and HI.
clear verbal and written communication required.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Agriculture, Biology, or Horticulture background a plus.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work variable hours (including some evenings/weekends during peak season).
Company Vehicle is provided. 95% Central Valley CA travel is required and about 5% travel if needed to North Carolina, TX and HI.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work in both office and industrial environments (indoor/outdoor, around machinery, noise, dust, and chemicals).
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and perform repetitive tasks
