Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute business strategy, pricing, packaging, and commercial plans for key product areas, driving toward aggressive revenue and adoption targets
  • Partner with other leaders to optimize staffing plans across Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and deep customer empathy
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Private Market workflows and emerging customer needs, ensuring PitchBook maintains a clear competitive advantage
  • We value curiosity, the drive to find better ways of doing things, and customer empathy as the foundation for excellent product experiences.
  • You will manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, serving as the critical bridge between product execution, commercial strategy, and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive product management experience, with 7+ y ears of management experience
