Responsibilities
- With a customer-first mindset and attention to detail, you'll connect with shoppers, support daily store operations, and ensure every checkout interaction is smooth and memorable.
- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy's commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Support store operations by answering and directing incoming phone calls as needed.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work, storage, and front-of-store areas through general housekeeping duties, including cart retrieval from the parking area.
- Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
- The opportunity to support local neighbourhoods through our community programs.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical ability with a high degree of accuracy when processing transactions and handling tenders.
