Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services, Digital Advertising, and Sales teams.
  • Update internal tracking documents, project management tools, and campaign status reports.
  • Prepare campaign materials, presentation decks, and recap documents for internal and client meetings.
  • Support the sales team by gathering campaign information, inventory availability, and advertising materials as needed.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and file management across shared platforms.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management platform Monday.com or similar system.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, publishing, or media.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
