About the role

Responsibilities
- Sensory: Ability to hear, see, speak, smell and touch well is necessary to perform basic essential task.
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.
- Responsible for completing documentation required for product quality assurance
- Responsible for performing change overs and minor machine maintenance and adjustments as required, and effectively communicating with maintenance personnel when maintenance requirements are more considerable
Nice to have
- Experience operating in a fast paced, ready to eat food facility a plus
Skills
- Corporate offices are located in Memphis, TN.
- Supervise the operation of machines and equipment.
