About the role
- TelevisaUnivision LA is looking for a dynamic Reporter to join our news team.
- The ideal candidate is a creative, resourceful storyteller with strong reporting, and digital skills.
- ABOUT YOU: You are a passionate reporter with strong news judgment and a commitment to accurate, engaging storytelling.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, edit, reach, and sit for up to eight (8) hours, and ability to carry and operate field camera equipment.
- You have experience covering live breaking news needed and in studio with clarity, accuracy, and confidence.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a television journalist, preferably in a Spanish-language newsroom.
- Proven experience as reporter or MMJg
Compensation
- $130,000 - $150,000.
- Compensation is subject to the applicable union collective bargaining agreement.
