Responsibilities

  • Develop deep clinical understanding of the clinical environments and procedures in which our platform is being used today - and will be used tomorrow
  • Partner with commercial and engineering teams to translate user and business requirements into technical specifications, and managing trade offs during development
  • High-EQ Leadership: You possess the emotional intelligence to build trust across diverse teams, from surgeons in the field to developers at HQ. You actively catalyze relationships and build rapport easily.

  • You can command a room during a presentation and simplify the complex in cloud-based collaboration tools.

Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000.
