- Location & Travel - This position is available as a Remote opportunity OR as a hybrid role, based at our site in Clear Lake, TX (Southeast Houston area) - This position may require business travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Leads the supplier selection, evaluation and approval process by assessing manufacturing/ technology capabilities, supplier risk levels, Quality Management System compliance, etc.
- Collaborates with suppliers on process manufacturing process improvement, process validation (TMV, IQ, OQ and PQ) and value enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborates with Purchasing and procurement functions to support business strategy initiatives including cost saving efforts, alternate sourcing, outsourced processes etc.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required
- 8+ Years of Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - 120,000 plus discretionary annual bonus.
- Pay ranges may vary by location and are awarded based on experience.
- In the absence of a signed Recruitment Services Agreement, we will not consider, or agree to, payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee.
