Responsibilities
- Manage the on boarding process for multiple accounts types, ensuring necessary documentation is collected, verified and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth on boarding for the client.
- Manage ongoing account maintenance, including updates to client accounts. Notify internal and external stakeholders of the change (s) and track the changes to completion.
- Manage the terminations for client accounts and ensure accurate closure of the accounts. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures are met while handling and processing the account closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment.
- Provide subject matter expertise, effectively communicating across multiple audiences.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Client Onboarding experience
- Knowledge of Separately Managed Accounts

- In-Office Collaboration
- Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results.
- Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.
Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this role is $72,200 - $88,100 / year.
- We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
- Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
- In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
