About the role
- You'll work closely with the Executive Director to translate vision into systems, structure, and execution.
Responsibilities
- The Chief Operating Officer will own and integrate Gifted Savings' core operating functions, ensuring the organization scales with clarity, discipline, and alignment across programs, product, and compliance.
- The model is designed to give students both skin in the game and a practical understanding of investing and long-term wealth creation.
Requirements
- You bring 7+ years of experience in operations, finance, or general management, ideally as a senior leader in an innovative nonprofit, tech startup, fintech, or other fast-moving environment.

Compensation
- Compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $170,000-$210,000, with final salary determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
