About the role

This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and Maryland safety standards.
This position includes 24/7 coverage, and may include overnight shifts, evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage.

We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) & Hazardous Materials Management Maintain an up‑to‑date Safety Data Sheet (SDS) library for all chemicals and hazardous materials used within the facility.

Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, safety management, corrections, industrial safety, or facility operations.
Employees must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident
Maintain all required permits, certifications, and regulatory documentation.

Experience in a correctional or detention environment.
Experience with emergency management or incident command systems (ICS/NIMS).
If applicable, Child Abuse/ Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check with no adverse findings.

T he Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all safety, environmental, and occupational health programs within a large detention facility.
