Responsibilities

  • Strategic Trade-offs: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams to navigate complex technical trade-offs based on your deep knowledge of our product suite.
  • Customization Scoping: Collaborate with the Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams to scope, estimate, and develop proposals for custom configurations.
  • Project Management & Process Optimization Process Engineering: Build, document, and implement scalable, clean project implementation methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own the technical implementation from initial kick-off through post-go-live "hyper care" before handing off to Customer Success.
  • Feedback Loop Champion: Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, championing customer needs to directly influence the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams to scope, estimate, and develop proposals for custom configurations.
  • Build, document, and implement scalable, clean project implementation methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • Experience & Tech Proficiency SaaS Expertise: 7+ years of related technical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • AI-Augmented Workflow: Required proficiency in utilizing AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, code generation, troubleshooting, or documentation.
  • Core Systems: Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management systems.
  • 7+ years of related technical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management systems.
  • Ability to deeply understand, apply, and cross-train others on complex technical architectures and APIs.
  • Core Competencies Technical Mastery: Ability to deeply understand, apply, and cross-train others on complex technical architectures and APIs.

Nice to have

  • Required proficiency in utilizing AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, code generation, troubleshooting, or documentation.
  • Direct experience leveraging the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem for technical problem-solving and data parsing is highly preferred.
