Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily air export shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and billing information.
- Support rate quotations and operational reporting as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Value to IAD Branch Supports major air export accounts and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Nice to have
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained.
- Multilingual ability (English, Japanese, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience handling key customer accounts.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and cargo handling.
- Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
- Occasional use of warehouse equipment and forklift operations.
- Provides operational stability and business continuity.
Compensation
- Min $19.00 HourlyMax $21.10 Hourly This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
