About the role

Playrite, LLC is Knoxville and East Tennessee's premier provider of artificial turf for all applications.
We have an amazing Sales Representative position available for an experienced individual looking for an opportunity to sell artificial turf on commercial and high-end residential projects.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities through strategic partnerships, referrals and networking.
Cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and strategic referral partners.
Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their outdoor spaces, understand turf preferences, discuss project goals, and build and develop a relationship as a trusted advisor.
Our focus is on developing relationships with our strategic partners and clients through the highest quality products, expertise in turf installation and exceptional customer experiences.

3+ years of sales experience, experience in turf, landscape or construction sales is a plus, but is not required.
Strong relationship building experience with a passion for value selling and cultivating strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in using software for creating proposals, quotes, and maintaining records and a willingness to learn new software and technology.

We offer a competitive base + commission compensation, as well as benefits for our
A base pay of $45,000-$55,000 annually, plus commissions, with a total earning potential of about $100,000 Medical insurance covered at 50% Dental and vision covered at 50% Generous PTO plan
