Responsibilities
- We create three-dimensional advertising that people invite into their homes, offices, cars and classrooms.
- We let people see, touch, feel, own and interact with a brand in a way no other marketing permits.
- Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years progressive HR experience, with 1+ years recruiting and working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and understand HR compliance requirements
- An appreciation of BDA culture and the ability to integrate well
- Regularly required to talk or hear
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
- Prior HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, and record management experience preferred
- Multilingual preferred
Compensation
- We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000.
- In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
