About the role

  • The Business Office Coordinator provides comprehensive support across human resources, payroll, procurement, travel & events coordination, facilities, asset management, and web operations within the department. This role ensures efficient onboarding and payroll processing, oversees student employment, manages procurement and facilities operations, and
  • maintains the department's digital presence. The position collaborates closely with the Business office, faculty, and central administrative units to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs at a time
  • Ability to travel throughout the department as requested
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, and federal, state, and other applicable human resources related laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.

Compensation

  • $55,680 - $65,000
