Responsibilities

  • Own the Stage: Secure and execute speaking engagements to position HTM as the leading authority for law firm growth.

  • Dominate Events: Lead our presence at expos and vendor fairs-ensuring HTM is the most impactful brand in the room.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or high-level recruiting.
  • Proven "Hunter" Instinct: You have a track record of gaining access to exclusive institutional organizations.
  • Public Speaking Excellence: You are confident, persuasive, and engaging on stage.

Compensation

  • Total Target Earnings: $120,000 ($90,000 Base + $30,000 Performance Incentive).
