About the role

  • What's Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands is the largest privately owned used car sales finance & servicing company in the nation.

  • As General Manager, you will oversee overall store performance, including sales, customer experience, team development, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Drive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment.
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance.
  • Proactive leadership. Take initiative, lead confidently, and assume ownership of the business without waiting to be directed.
  • Drive and adaptability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience

  • You can quickly certify on higher levels and prepare for the next role with our manager training programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • college degree preferred
  • General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or other operational leadership experience preferred
