About the role

AI & efficiency advocacy: Serve as the internal advocate for AI and automation.
Infrastructure & systems: Oversee cloud and enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 / Defender), endpoint management, identity/MFA, and business continuity.
Stakeholder partnership: Communicate clearly with leadership, justify budgets and projects, and translate technical work into business value.

Proven IT management experience with a track record of keeping teams and projects on task.

Experience implementing AI tooling in a secure, compliant way (e.g., within Azure).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Azure, CompTIA) - valued but secondary to leadership and AI orientation.
Energy / clean-energy or similarly regulated-industry background.
