As an Associate Director in the SMB Success organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our restaurant partners.
You will lead a division of the SMB business dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, driving their success through effective support, strategic guidance, and innovative solutions.
This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on engagement to deliver exceptional service and value to our restaurant partners.
Leading and executing strategic, high-priority projects that transform operational workflows or drive significant business outcomes.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.
Build and lead a high-performing team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
$112,000 - $140,000 ($140,000 - $175,000 OTE range)
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.

For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
