- The corporate title associated with this position is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and depth of expertise, as well as the scope of responsibilities assumed.
- Interviews prospective applicants and requests specified information related to loan or credit application; corresponds or re-interviews applicants to resolve questions regarding application information.
- Gathers and analyzes all information necessary to present a financing request to senior management or Loan Committee for approval; meets with existing or potential customers; visiting sites of loans; negotiates loan terms and conditions.

- The Relationship Manager will assist with the management sales and service efforts to ensure retention of existing relationships and growth of new relationships; including tapping into their own professional network.
- Analyzes potential loan markets to develop new prospects.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret financial data and reports and when necessary, recommend appropriate actions
- Experience Required
- This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree along with at least 3-4 years of experience.
- Thorough understanding of financial services and banking products
- Strong underwriting and portfolio management skills
- Results driven.
- Financial modeling experience and comfort
- Ability to manage complex credits and client relationships
- Background in cash flow lending for sponsor-backed borrowers a plus
- Thrives in a dynamic and remote work environment
- Skilled communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to lead and motivate junior staff
- Ensures absolute confidentiality in all areas of responsibility

- The AVP, Relationship Manager is responsible for managing an portfolio of clients and developing good business relationships that lead to loans, deposits and other banking products offered by the Bank.
