Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure resident satisfaction and safety standards.
- Lead and support maintenance team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
- Collaborate with other departments to address resident concerns quickly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of supplies and tools, placing orders when necessary to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Leadership experience or the ability to support and collaborate with a team effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field, preferably in multifamily housing.
