About the role
- Paraform is disrupting how companies hire - and we're looking for someone to help us hire the best people to do it.
- We're looking for an experienced, high-powered Founding GTM Recruiter who lives and breathes talent and is an expert working with early stage and high growth startups.
- You'll primarily be focused on sourcing top 1% talent to join the Paraform team, driving a culture of excellence, and supporting the company with everything else hiring-related as we rapidly scale.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions
- Talent Operations: Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools (including Paraform!), and continuously improve our hiring processes and structures
- Builder mindset - excited to create process and structure where there isn't any

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles, ideally with time spent in-house at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market
- you know how to find people and get them interested
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting to us)
