About the role
- As we grow, we're designing systems that will redefine what nuclear power can do for the world.
- The ideal candidate brings strong experience in project scheduling, systems integration, and program execution within complex, highly regulated technical environments, preferably advanced nuclear or adjacent industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated master schedules across multiple programs, workstreams, and projects
- Partner with engineering, licensing, supply chain, operations, and executive leadership to align priorities and execution plans
- Drive program cadence through structured updates, reviews, and reporting mechanisms
- Implement scalable processes appropriate for a startup transitioning to maturity
- Develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution across teams
- Maintain a bias toward action while balancing technical rigor and regulatory requirements
- Data-Driven Decision Support
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, PowerBI (or equivalent) to develop dashboards and program insights
- Deliver concise, high-impact updates tailored to audience needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years of project/program management experience in complex technical environments
- Direct experience in advanced nuclear, nuclear energy, or closely related industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, energy infrastructure)
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and integration (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
Nice to have
- Program Planning & Scheduling
- Leverage tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling platforms to ensure forecasting is accurate and transparent
- Identify critical path activities, dependencies, and resource constraints
- Cross-Functional Integration
- Translate technical inputs into actionable project plans and milestones
- Act as a central node to identify and resolve interdependencies, risks, and blockers
- Execution & Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of key milestones in alignment with organizational objectives
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Project integration and scheduling methodologies
- Familiarity with engineering workflows, systems engineering principles, and regulatory environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
