Responsibilities

  • You'll collaborate directly with senior leaders on high-visibility projects to bring next-generation AI to life across Guardian's products and services.
  • Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions to automate complex business workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve customer and employee experiences.
  • Build autonomous agents and multi-step reasoning systems that integrate with Guardian's core platforms to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Partner with data engineers and AIOps teams to ensure AI models are production-ready, scalable, and robust, from prototype to enterprise deployment.

Requirements

  • PhD with 2+ years of experience, Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied mathematics or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on AI modeling/development experience
  • Proven leadership in providing technical leadership and mentoring to data scientists and strong management skills with ability to monitor/track performance for enterprise success.

Skills

  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the standardization of AI/ML practices, tools, and frameworks across Guardian.
  • Strong programming skills in Python including PyTorch, Tensorflow, LangGraph

Compensation

  • $118,980.00 - $195,465.00
  • The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
  • The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
  • In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
