About the role
- Bend and install conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.) to precise specifications.
- Identify electrical problems and coordinate timely repairs.
Responsibilities
- To build up our communities, our clients, and each other by building trust in everything we do.
- Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial environments.
- Perform layout and installation of raceways, wiring systems, and underground electrical installations.
- Collaborate with Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers and other trades on job sites.
- Perform testing and inspections of electrical systems.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Team-building events.
Requirements

- This role requires a deep understanding of the responsibilities of a helper/top helper and the ability to mentor subordinates while executing advanced electrical tasks with precision and professionalism.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards.
- OSHA 10 certification required
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Prior experience as a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent is a plus.
