About the role
- The Fulfillment Center Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting functions.
- This role sets the pace for the team, ensures adherence to SOPs, and drives performance and accuracy.
- The Lead trains, supervises, and motivates team members while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting responsibilities per Jazz and client-specific SOPs
- Manage kitting operations including re-labeling, re-working, and product assembly
- Support supervisor in achieving team productivity and goals
- 1+ years of previous lead or supervisory role in a warehouse setting
Requirements
- Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- 2+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations
- Gained proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational SOPs
- Experience with kitting or product rework operations
- Familiarity with Cart.com systems and workflows
