Responsibilities
- Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.
Nice to have
- Highly proficient with computers and software -> work with our innovative No-Code robot programming software
- Object oriented programming background is a plus
- Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
