About the role

  • The Concierge provides high‑level assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting day‑to‑day service needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with residents and respond to requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Manage amenity and penthouse reservations
  • Manage the Luxer package system, including daily audits
  • Develop and distribute a daily resident newsletter
  • Maintain up‑to‑date merchant, vendor, and service contact lists
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Support other AMLI communities when needed

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the local area, services, merchants, and attractions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
  • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of local services, vendors, and amenities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

  • Restaurants, events, and game tickets
  • Vet, kennel, and travel accommodations
  • Receive and coordinate package deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assist with special resident requests as needed
  • Participate in AMLI volunteer and community activities
  • Full‑time, 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday - Saturday schedule
  • High School diploma or GED required

Compensation

  • $27k-$30k
