- Effectively identify and resolve time sensitive issues under pressure
- Spearhead fixes and improvements with other departments such as IT, HR, Networking, and Software
- Promote safety, security and compliance in all aspects of data center operations
- And other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment (related military experience would be considered)
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred
- Strong leadership qualities and hands on technical experience
- Understanding of office programs and computer hardware
