About the role

  • Our Opportunity Chewy is seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Operations team in our Plantation, Florida office.
  • Pricing plays a critical role in supporting customer trust, business growth, and profitability.
  • The team is responsible for establishing Chewy's pricing strategy, maintaining pricing accuracy and reliable reporting that enable effective business decision-making across Chewy.

Responsibilities

  • Build High-Performing Teams
  • Manage Pricing Operations workflows (Exception queues, outlier audits and competitive matching) through continuous execution, defect identification & correction, and escalation of higher-judgment cases where needed.
  • Partner with internal (Data Science, Analytics, Technology) and external (Category Management, Promotions, Finance, vendors) stakeholders to ensure pricing data, reporting, and operational inputs used in decision-making are accurate, complete, and actionable.
