- Job Description: Our Opportunity Chewy is seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Operations team in our Plantation, Florida office.
- Pricing plays a critical role in supporting customer trust, business growth, and profitability.
- The team is responsible for establishing Chewy's pricing strategy, maintaining pricing accuracy and reliable reporting that enable effective business decision-making across Chewy.
Responsibilities
- Build High-Performing Teams
- Manage Pricing Operations workflows (Exception queues, outlier audits and competitive matching) through continuous execution, defect identification & correction, and escalation of higher-judgment cases where needed.
- Partner with internal (Data Science, Analytics, Technology) and external (Category Management, Promotions, Finance, vendors) stakeholders to ensure pricing data, reporting, and operational inputs used in decision-making are accurate, complete, and actionable.
- Analyze recurring pricing metrics and operational trends to identify issues, develop preliminary hypotheses, and help validate root causes with cross-functional partners.
- Support recurring business reviews, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement efforts by proactively surfacing risks, anomalies, and data-backed opportunities to simplify manual processes, improve pricing accuracy, and contribute to automation or tooling enhancements where appropriate.
