Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid media, third-party platforms, and OEM programs.
  • Oversee and manage external advertising partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with performance goals and accountability for results.
  • Drive continuous improvement in website performance, including user experience, lead generation, and conversion optimization across SRPs, VDPs, and landing pages.
  • Establish clear performance expectations for campaigns and partners, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a high-performance and accountable team culture.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and operational priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, technologies, and channels to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
  • 5-8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
